Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

I provide Flutter mobile app development services for both hourly and fixed-price projects. All projects begin with a discussion to understand the client’s requirements, features, and expectations.

2. Project Discussion & Quotation

  • A meeting or detailed discussion will be conducted to gather project requirements.
  • Based on the requirements, a project quotation and estimated timeline will be provided.
  • A sample/demo work may be shared to demonstrate the approach and quality before full development begins.

3. Pricing

  • Hourly Rate: $10 per hour
  • Fixed-price projects will be quoted after requirement analysis and agreement with the client.

4. Payment Milestones (For Fixed Projects)

The payment structure is as follows:

  1. 20% Advance Payment
    • Required after sample/demo approval and client satisfaction.
    • Work will officially start after receiving this payment.
  2. 50% Mid-Project Payment
    • When approximately 50% of the project is completed and demonstrated to the client.
    • At this stage, total received payment will be 70%.
  3. 30% Final Payment
    • After full project completion and final approval by the client.
    • Source code and final files will be delivered only after full payment is received.

5. Revisions & Changes

  • Minor revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
  • Major changes or new feature requests after project approval may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide clear requirements, content, and assets on time.
  • Give timely feedback and approvals.
  • Ensure that all provided materials (logos, images, APIs, etc.) have proper usage rights.

Delays in feedback or materials may affect the project timeline.

7. Project Timeline

  • Timelines are estimates and depend on project complexity and client responsiveness.
  • Any delay in approvals or requirement changes may extend the delivery date.

8. Intellectual Property & Source Code

  • Full ownership of the project and source code will be transferred to the client only after 100% payment is completed.
  • Until full payment, the developer retains ownership of the work.

9. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and data will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Termination & Refund Policy

  • If the client cancels the project after development has started, payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
  • If the developer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair refund will be issued based on completed work.

11. Support & Maintenance

  • Basic support will be provided after project delivery for a limited agreed period.
  • Ongoing maintenance or future updates will be charged separately.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By starting a project or making a payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
